HomeField LIVE provides live streaming, on-demand video, highlights, photography, and media coverage for youth sports teams, tournaments, and events across the United States.

The video content streamed through our Service is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Recording, downloading, redistributing, or rebroadcasting any video content is strictly prohibited without express written consent from HomeField LIVE.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeField LIVE, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Interruptions, Weather, and Force Majeure

HomeField LIVE is not liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or cancellation of services caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather (rain, lightning, wind, flooding, extreme temperatures)
  • Loss of power or internet connectivity
  • Equipment damage due to environmental conditions
  • Technical failures
  • Acts of God
  • Government actions
  • Venue or field shutdowns
  • Any other force majeure events

You acknowledge that outdoor sporting events are subject to unpredictable elements and that live streaming or media production may be impacted or stopped without notice for the safety of staff, athletes, equipment, and spectators.

No refunds or credits will be issued for interruptions or incomplete coverage resulting from these circumstances unless HomeField LIVE explicitly states otherwise.

11. No Guaranteed Coverage

While HomeField LIVE strives to provide complete coverage of scheduled events, we do not guarantee that any specific game, field, team, camera angle, or moment will be recorded, streamed, or published. Coverage availability may vary due to weather, field conditions, scheduling, technical limitations, or safety considerations.

12. Equipment Safety and Operational Decisions

If environmental or technical hazards pose a risk to equipment or personnel, HomeField LIVE may pause, modify, or terminate coverage immediately and without prior notice. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of HomeField LIVE staff and will prioritize safety above all else.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
